30-Day Blog Challenge: Day 4–Read All About It!!

Whoops!!  In the all the excitement with the birthday girl, I almost forgot about my blog challenge for today.  This will probably be my hardest one yet…favorite books.  Ummmm…almost all of them!!

This is seriously difficult for me to decide on, so I’m just going to put a short list of my very, very favorites.   (Please note:  That One Mom is an Amazon Affiliate and clicking on any of these links will take you to their website.  Any purchases via Amazon Affiliate links provide commission to us at no additional cost to you.)

In absolutely no order:

Harry Potter and the…Sorcerer’s Stone, Chamber of Secrets, Prisoner of Azkaban, Goblet of Fire, Order of the Phoenix, Half-Blood Prince, and Deathly Hallows by J.K. Rowling.  If I have to give you a description of these, I am worried for you.

Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers.  A Christian novel based on the story of Hosea.  My heart broke for this woman and I was a sobbing mess by the time I finished it.

We’re Just Like You, Only Prettier by Celia Rivenbark.  So, so, so very funny.  Some of her ideas of the South might be slightly exaggerated, but you’ll have to guess which ones!

Oh the Places You’ll Go by Dr. Suess.  I love this book so much.  If you don’t have it, go get it right now!

Little Women by Louisa May Alcott. Follows the lives of four sisters over the course of time. You might have heard of it!

Don’t Bend Over In the Garden, Granny, You Know Them Taters Got Eyes by Lewis Grizzard.  Lewis Grizzard’s books made me laugh and laugh, but this will always be my favorite!

Knight In Shining Armor by Jude Deveraux.  Probably the first “real, grown-up” romance novel I ever read.  Also, probably ruined me for realistic romance.  ; )

Okay, that’s all I’m listing for now.  I could keep going, but we’d be here for weeks!!  Happy Reading!
